Annual Dues

chevron_rightWhat Does the Annual Fee Cover? The Villages at River Ridge ("master association") annual dues cover a variety of items for the benefit of all members and residents of the River Ridge Community, including, but not limited to the following:
- landscape maintenance along River Ridge Blvd
- the electric bill for the streetlights along River Ridge Blvd, and a section of Decubellis Road from somewhere Northeast of Deerwood Drive to around Kirkland Drive
- statutory required HOA insurance (general liability, directors & officers, crime)
- repair and maintenance of the River Ridge monument sign
- management fees
- a reserve fund for storm cleanup expenses
- any other expenses required by Florida Statues

chevron_rightWhat is the Architectual Review Process? The Villages at River Ridge does not assume any Architectural Review over individual member's lot. Please contact your member Homeowner's Association for their Architectural Review Process.

chevron_rightWhat is the Hurricane Policy? The Villages at River Ridge does not have a hurricane policy nor do they assume any such provisions with individual member's lot. Please contact your member Homeowner's Association for their Hurricane Policy.

chevron_rightWhat are the Renting/Leasing Restrictions? The Villages at River Ridge does not have any restrictions regarding owners renting out or leasing their units. Please follow up with your member Homeowner’s Association should you have any further questions.
